ZinKlad 1000 - May 2008

In addition to our ZinKlad 250 we have just gained approval for the ZinKlad 1000 and ZinKlad 1000B process. This means we can now offer an externally audited zinc-nickel process with either clear or black trivalent passivation, that will exceed 1000hrs to red rust. We have had results for the clear passivate process that go over 2000hrs.

Fastener Fair -

We will be exhibiting at the Fastener Fair 2008 this year at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Come along and meet either Jason or Vicky.

Tin Line Automation - February 2008

We have recently doubled our capacity on our Tin plant, by automating the line. We have used the same supplier as all our other lines, and this gives us an incredible amount of control and data logging. This ensures that we can not only set up the job right first time, but then ensure we process all repeat orders the same way.

ZinKlad 250

We are now fully approved for MacDermid's ZinKlad 250 process, which enables us to plate to Ford's S437 specification. This finish can achieve 144 hours to first white rust and around 480 hours to first red rust, according to the component.
